ZT400 Series - Mid Range
The range to buy from when you need speed, options and a long service life. Pick your print width first — 4.09 in for cartons, product ID and compliance labels, 6.6 in for pallet placards and drum labels — then pick your generation. The engine is largely the same across both: identical print widths, identical resolutions, identical top speeds. The current models add a colour touchscreen, newer wireless and a second USB host port.

600 dpi for small or dense labels? Only the ZT411 and ZT410 offer it.
Pallet and case labels? The ZT421 or ZT420 at 6.6 in.
Watching the budget or matching a fleet? The ZT410 and ZT420 are the same speed and the same width as their replacements for less money. Zebra discontinued them in October 2020 and its service window has closed — we service them ourselves.
One constraint on this platform: the guillotine cutter cannot be combined with rewind or peel. Pick one media path.
Every unit is inspected, cleaned, tested, graded for cosmetic condition and configured to the resolution, media handling and connectivity you choose before it ships, with a 90-day parts and labor warranty and technical support you can actually reach. Not sure which fits your labels? Call 330-636-9460 and we will spec it for you at no charge.
Need a unit new rather than refurbished? We can quote one — call and ask.
