Terms of service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to CertifiedLabelPrinters.com and purchases made directly through our website. Throughout these Terms, “CertifiedLabelPrinters.com,” “CLP,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of CertifiedLabelPrinters.com.

By accessing our website, submitting an order or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced here.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or submit an order.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.

If you purchase on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact and payment information.

2. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another user’s information.

  • Introduce malware or other harmful code.

  • Scrape, copy or reproduce website content for unauthorized commercial use.

  • Use false information or another party’s identity.

  • Place fraudulent orders or engage in payment abuse.

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe each product, including its model, resolution, connectivity, installed options, included accessories and condition.

Industrial printer models can have similar names and many possible configurations. The customer is responsible for reviewing the complete listing and confirming that the selected product is suitable for the intended application.

Product photographs, colors and cosmetic appearance may vary because of lighting, display settings and the refurbished nature of the products. Unless a listing states that photographs show the exact unit being sold, images may be representative of the model or configuration.

Descriptions, specifications and availability may be corrected or updated without notice.

4. Refurbished products and cosmetic condition

Certified Refurbished printers are previously used products that have been inspected, cleaned, serviced, configured and tested before shipment.

Refurbished products may show minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration or other normal cosmetic wear. Parts with significant damage are repaired or replaced during refurbishment. Remaining cosmetic wear does not affect the printer’s tested operation or performance and is not considered a product defect.

Refurbished products may contain original manufacturer components, replacement components or previously serviced components that meet our functional requirements.

5. Printer configuration and compatibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their intended application, including:

  • Label size and material.

  • Print resolution.

  • Print volume and speed.

  • Connection method.

  • Software or printer-language requirements.

  • Media-handling options.

  • Operating environment.

  • Network and security requirements.

Recommendations are based on the information the customer provides. Unless compatibility is expressly confirmed in writing, we do not guarantee that a product will integrate with every application, driver, network, operating system, warehouse platform or third-party software environment.

Installed features and accessories are limited to those identified in the product listing, written quote or order confirmation.

6. Firmware, software and customer networks

Before shipment, we install the latest compatible Zebra firmware available to us for the printer and configuration being sold.

This does not guarantee compatibility with every customer network, software package, security policy or legacy system. Firmware versions may affect drivers, applications, networking or third-party integrations differently.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining a functioning and properly administered network.

  • Providing appropriate access, credentials and permissions.

  • Verifying compatibility with proprietary or third-party applications.

  • Backing up configurations and important data.

  • Maintaining required software licenses.

  • Working with their internal IT provider when an issue originates from their network or systems.

Unless included in a written support agreement, future firmware updates, network remediation, software development and third-party integration work are not included with the product purchase.

7. Pricing and availability

Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice.

Prices do not include shipping, sales tax, freight services, installation or other charges unless expressly stated. Applicable charges are displayed at checkout or included in a written quote.

We may correct pricing, description or inventory errors. If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact you with the available options, which may include approving the corrected order or canceling it for a refund.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, inventory errors, payment problems, product unavailability, shipping restrictions or another legitimate business reason.

8. Payment and taxes

Payment is due according to the terms shown at checkout, on the invoice or in a written agreement.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may delay fulfillment until payment has been approved or cleared.

Customers claiming sales-tax exemption must provide valid documentation before the order is processed. We may collect applicable tax when adequate exemption documentation has not been received.

9. Shipping and delivery

Shipping, processing, delivery, freight, damage-reporting and address requirements are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly purchased and confirmed. Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments promptly and following the damage-reporting procedures in our Shipping Policy.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, restocking fees and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

A Return Merchandise Authorization is required before sending a product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Normal cosmetic wear associated with a refurbished product is not, by itself, grounds for a defect claim.

11. Warranty and printhead protection

Every Certified Refurbished printer includes the warranty coverage identified in its listing or order documents. Our current standard offering includes a 90-day printer warranty and a separate 1-Year Printhead Gamble Guarantee.

Eligibility, exclusions, claim procedures and available remedies are governed by our Warranty and Printhead Guarantee terms.

Warranty coverage does not automatically provide a right to a refund. Depending on the circumstances, the available remedy may include diagnosis, repair, replacement of an eligible component, exchange or another reasonable resolution.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unsuitable media, incompatible supplies, contamination, unauthorized repairs, electrical problems, customer networks or external equipment may be excluded from coverage.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Technical support

The support included with a product purchase is limited to the assistance described in the product listing, warranty or order documents.

Ongoing technical support and repair protection may be available through RemoteCare, CompleteCare, ContinuityCare or another written support agreement. Pricing and coverage may vary by printer model, configuration and service level.

Care plans do not include services, parts or remedies that are not expressly identified in the applicable agreement. Hot-spare service, on-site support, printheads and other services may be separately priced add-ons.

Service-response and repair-queue targets are not guarantees of complete resolution within that period unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

13. Repair and on-site services

Standalone depot repair, maintenance and on-site services are subject to separate service terms, estimates or agreements.

We will not perform work beyond an approved scope or estimate without authorization, except when necessary to prevent immediate damage or as otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for backing up configurations and data before sending equipment for repair or allowing service work to begin.

14. Subscription services

Recurring care plans and subscription services are governed by a separate Subscription Policy and the terms displayed when the subscription is purchased.

Those terms will describe billing frequency, coverage, cancellation, renewal, service limits and printer-specific pricing. If the subscription terms conflict with these general Terms, the subscription terms control for that service.

15. Third-party products and services

Our website and products may reference third-party manufacturers, carriers, software, applications, websites or services.

Third-party products and services are governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.

Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners. Their use for product identification does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

16. Intellectual property

Website content—including text, graphics, photographs, logos, layout and original materials—is owned by or licensed to CertifiedLabelPrinters.com and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal or internal business purchasing purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

17. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Depending on the applicable region and your settings, additional controls may be available through our Your Privacy Choices page and Shopify’s customer privacy features.

18. Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and dependable refurbished equipment.

Except for express written warranties and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the website, its content and products or services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

We do not guarantee a particular business result, production level, software integration or network outcome unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertifiedLabelPrinters.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost production, lost data, business interruption or the cost of substitute equipment arising from use of the website or a product or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a product, service or transaction will not exceed the amount paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify CertifiedLabelPrinters.com and its owners, employees and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, misuse of a product or infringement of another party’s rights.

This provision does not apply to claims caused by our own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.

21. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, utility failures, cyberattacks, supply shortages, governmental actions or similar events.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and provide the options required by applicable law.

22. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

23. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Any dispute may be brought before a court with proper jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, products, services or legal obligations.

The current version will be posted on this page with its revision date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the agreed terms of an order already completed unless required by law or accepted by both parties.

25. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable product listing, order confirmation, written quote and referenced policies, form the agreement governing purchases through our website.

A separately signed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
